Her sharing of exactly what I can say to my children given a situation helps me to practice the skills and gain confidence. Pik Yee's suggestions are very useful. Common Sense Parenting Pik Yee has been an excellent and knowledgeable trainer who was able to provide practical and positive suggestions/ advice on our questions.
