Inventory: Can’t Live With It and Can’t Live Without It (D81) There is a long list of challenges that distributors face on a daily basis given the economic conditions of today’s Hardscape market. One of the challenges that are at the top of the long list is keeping a close eye on inventory levels. Inventory on the ground is money spent but what if you are trying to run inventory levels too low? Is that the right strategy for an economic climate that has shown signs of improvement over the last couple years?
