Winner
Royal Buying Group hosts their annual I-C-Expo
Networking and Golf Outing event to help support
the Royal Buying Group, Inc. Education Scholarship Program. In order to give back to the convenience store industry and to help nurture future
leaders, Royal Buying Group awards educational
scholarships to RBG retailers and/or their children that are high
school seniors or graduates who are planning to or are enrolled at
an accredited two or four-year College or University in the United
States that will lead to an academic degree.
To date, we have given out 22 scholarships to students that are
part of our membership.

so far and look forward to continuing our scholarship program
to further provide for this generation along with the generation of
students to come through the support of our annual golf outing

of her outstanding academic achievement.
She not only attended and accelerated in
High School, but Chelsea decided to dual

Highest Grade in College Religion and

AB Honor Roll, and was placed on the

Q: How do I join the RBG Tobacco Program:
A: Contact your RBG representative. Once
RBG receives a completed RBG tobacco release forms, RBG will recommend tobacco
contracts to the tobacco companies that will
maximize your tobacco category.
Q: When will I be on the RBG chain?
A:: A signed plan-o-gram, store survey,
and a merchandising set approved by the
tobacco companies will then permit the
tobacco companies to add your location
to the RBG chain. RBG will inform you by
letter, fax, or email once your location is on
the RBG chain.
Q: When can I start the buy-downs through RBG?
A: Once your location is on the RBG chain
and has received the fax, email or letter
confirming your addition, your location will
start receiving buy-downs through us.
Q: When will I receive the Retail
Display Allowance payment?
A: Once your location is on the RBG chain,
and once RBG receives payment from
the Tobacco Companies, RBG will remit
payment to retailers on the next quarterly
rebate check.
Q: How will I receive non-compli
ance notifications?
A: You will be notified by your local rep
and then by your RBG rep via email or
phone call. You will then have up to 7 days
to fix the non-compliance before payment is
taken away.
