AMERICAN ACADEMY OF MATRIMONIAL LAWYERS 2015 MIDYEAR MEETING – TUCAN COUNTY CLUB GOLF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2015 This year’s event is at the beautiful Tucan Country Club Golf Course in Veracruz, Panama, with panoramic views of the Panama Canal, the Panama City skyline, and the adjoining rain forest. The tournament format is a four person scramble, held Monday, March 9, 2015. The cost of the event is $175.00, which includes green fees, cart, an assortment of gifts and prizes and transportation. Your registration fee also includes, for no additional charge, two mulligans, a golden tee, and a “throw” for each member of the team. You may also enter the casino hole for an extra $25.00 if you feel lucky. If your drive (on the easiest par three on the course) lands on the green, you will be put in a lottery for a 50/50 split of the pot. The remaining pot will be utilized as prize money. There will also be some team treats at no extra cost to you or your team, announced at the time of the tournament. If you desire a specific pairing, please indicate so on the entry form. Every effort is made to honor a team request, however we must reserve the right to rearrange teams to accommodate singles and equalize the field.
