Our ref: TPH/JSP 30th January 2015 Dear Parents The Year 9 Parent Teacher Consultation evening will be held on Thursday 26th February from 4.15 pm until 7.15 pm. This will give you the opportunity to speak to subject teachers about your child’s progress and I hope all parents will be able to attend. I would also encourage all students to attend with their parents. Please ask your son/daughter to make appointments with the teachers you wish to see, using the attached form. Appointments are timed at five minutes and an interval of five minutes should be left between each appointment. Longer appointments may be booked at the teacher’s discretion, if time allows. I would also be grateful if you would spare a few minutes after your last appointment to complete a short questionnaire. The PTA will serve refreshments near the dining hall. I hope a representative from the Governing Body will also be present on the evening to discuss any matters you would like to raise.
