Attached is DepEd Memorandum No. 191, s. 2014, dated September 23, 2014 entitled
"DEPED-NCR 39TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION" and its enclosures, the contents of
which are self-explanatory, for the information and guidance of all concerned.

All elementary and secondary schools are encouraged to support the participation of this
Division in the said activity particularly in the Agro-IndustrialfDigitized Instructional and •
DRRM Fair. The expenses ofthe schools to be incurred in the preparation of products /digitized
instructionalfDRMMC materials for display/exhibit may be charged to 10caVcanteen funds while
the booth decoration, laminated sacks, gasoline and to11 fees of the division service vehicle
(canter) will be prorated to all schools and may also be charged to 10caVcanteen funds subject to
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

The DepEd-Nationai Capital Region will ceiebrate its 39th Anniversary this
October 3, 2014 at the DepEd Quadrangle.

afternoon the awarding ceremony.

charged against the Local Funds! MOOE of its Schoo! Divisions while the
expenses to be incurred in the Regional Office activities may be charged against the
Regional Local Funds subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.

for immediate reference.

General Guidelines

16 School Divisions
1. The Division Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan (EPP) Technology and
Livelihood Education (TLE) and Alternative Learning System (ALS) Supervisors are
requested to be the focal persons of the activity.
2. All Division partiCipants in the Agro-Industrial Fair will be given a Certificate of
Participation before the end of the day's activity through the Division Supervisors.
The activities wherein each school divisions should prepare are as follows:
2. Installation of booth - The size of the booth shall be 5x5 meters and it shall be
divided into three parts, one part for the Agro-Industrial, one part for the Instructional
and one part for DRRM. The assignment of the booth by the participating school
divisions shall be in draw lot on October 1,2014 except for Makati City.
b. The /\gro-Industrial components are as follows:
• Vertical Gardening
• Hydrophonics
• Acquaculture
• EPP! TLE! H. Projects
•
c. The Vertical Garden shail be made of recycled materials. The size of the vertical
garden shall be 2x2 meters.
d. The Hydroponic Garden shaH be made of recycled materials. The number of styro
box shall not exceed 5 boxes.
e The Acquaphonics shall be made of recycled materials. The size! length, wi!! depend
on the design provided and it will not cover one part of the booth.
f, The EPP! TLEI H.E sha!1 be made
recycled materials except for the H,E food
items.
4. The criteria for judging are as foliows:
