Lisa Vos MSc Business and Management (Rijksuniversity of Groningen) Lisa Vos has 20 years of experience in the fields of Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Executive Education. Her expertise in providing learning and development solutions for people and organisations is grounded in a solid understanding of the different business disciplines in organisations and the ways these interact. Lisa is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations grow to be their best. Throughout her career she has specialised in helping organisations and leaders create real organisational change and innovation, demonstrate deep leadership and become successful in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity. She worked with a broad range of organisations from the public, private and not-‐for-‐profit sectors in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Lisa's extensive experience includes having held senior positions in a number of European and Australian executive education institutions. Most notably, Senior Consultant Customised Executive Education at Melbourne Business School/Mt Eliza Executive Education, Program Manager Executive Programs at Nyenrode Business University and General Manager, Academy of Management at Groningen -‐ a company related to the University of Groningen. In both these roles Lisa designed and delivered leadership development and strategic management programs for Senior Managers. She worked with a broad range of organisations from the public, private and not-‐for-‐profit sectors. Lisa currently works from her private Consulting Practice and works in close association with partner institutions like the Mannaz Leadership Development, Nyenrode Business University and Melbourne Business School.
