There was a period where I did both Dish/Prep/Saute during my shifts. Food prep: Stock line and prep all foods. Cut meats. Set-up fry station Sauté: I prepared all dishes from making Alfredo sauces to Lobster Bisque Grill Cook: Cook all steaks to temp, Grill Fish and chicken Flat Top Cook: Cook burgers to order and Pork Chops I also helped create new menu items including a burger called “Andy’s Ghost” Logan’s Roadhouse Start/End Date: 12/12 – 8-13 Host/Server Assistant – Some shifts I worked as a host, greeting and seating guests. Other shifts I was the Server Assistant. Dante’s Down the Hatch Start/End Date: 7/12 – 12/12 Host/Headhost/Dish/Busser/Runner - Greeting and Seating guests and releasing shifts and taking reservations; as well as Bussing and shadowing servers. I was on the fast track to serving before they closed down. Realview TV Start/End Date: 5/06 – 6/12  Video Production – Everything from Filming to directing to editing. On shoots I was required to stay on a tight schedule. Typically interviewing 9-15 people each day. I would sometimes film and sometimes be the interviewer. This requires exceptional people skills in order to make the interviewee feel comfortable. I also filmed B-roll and what we called building tours. This took a considerable amount of time management, as well as creative skills and on the spot creative ideas.
