日本国内に居住している場合は、コンビニエンスストアから納入する方法と、日本国内の金融機関
から納入する方法があります。
Only for remittance within Japan: You may remit the Application Fee either at convenience
stores or by bank transfer.
コンビニエンスストアから納入する場合　In the case of remittance at convenience stores
「収納証明書」部分をこの用紙に貼付して提出してください（納入方法については、222ページに
説明があります）。

日本国内の金融機関から納入する場合　In the case of payment by bank transfer
本学所定の振込依頼書（様式⑥）を用いて、金融機関の窓口から「電信扱」で入学検定料を振り込
んだ後、「 B 振込金証明書」をこの用紙に貼付して提出してください。
Remit the Application Fee by telegraphic transfer at a financial institution using the prescribed
payment slip (Form⑥). Paste the prescribed “receipt of remittance B ” bearing the seal/stamp
of your remittance-handling institution on the pasteboard below.
