Ms. Lee joined Panasonic in 1988, and steadily took on assignments
of increasing management responsibility. After a three-year assignment at Panasonic’s headquarters in Osaka, Japan, she returned to
Panasonic Corporation of North America as Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Corporate Giving in 2004. In 2012,
Ms. Lee once again took on a one-year assignment in Osaka, where
she was in charge of the corporate HR team.

い、人事部門のマネージャー職を数々果たし、3年の大阪勤
務を命じられる。2004年に北米パナソニックの人事部ヴァ
イス・プレジデントとして帰米し、同社の「Ｄｉｖｅｒｓ
ｉｔｙ」や企業献金部門を手掛ける。2012年、コーポレー
トＨＲチームの責任者として再度大阪勤務を果たし、１年
後に帰米。仕事の傍ら２人の子育てにも従事。
Ms. Reategui is responsible for supporting multinational corporations doing business in the US. Ms. Reategui’s organization delivers
commercial banking solutions to multinational corporations headquartered in Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Canada.

In her prior position at J.P. Morgan Ms. Reategui managed International Treasury sales for the Commercial Bank segment, responsible
for delivering cash management solutions to US multinational companies for their operations in various countries.

ネージメントの営業部門で多国籍企業を中心に活動。2000
年にドイツ銀行よりＪＰモルガンロンドン支社へ転職。
2004年には米国シカゴ支社に転勤、現在、夫、3人の子供
と共にシカゴ在住。
