As Manager Marketing Communication Campaigns you are a part of the Marketing Communication Campaigns team in the SWISS Global Marketing department.? Your main focus is the conceptual strategic planning, development, implementation and control of integrated marketing communication campaigns for the SWISS brand? within? our international markets and/or for defined communication topics. Your Duties ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Definition and development of internal processes to secure an integrated marketing communication approach (targets, messages, timings, KPIs etc.) Close collaboration with all internal units responsible for sales, marketing and product: Sales and Distribution, Brand Development, Social Media & Dialog Marketing, Sponsoring & Events, Marketing Analytics, Corporate Communication & PR and Product Development Observation and analysis of market consumer behavior (travel and travel planning, media consumption etc.) to guarantee that a) respective communication instruments are used and b) adequate communication executions are developed Development of marketing communication strategies for? the international markets of SWISS: Definition of marketing communication targets, target groups, messages, timings and communication instruments under consideration of relevant market data (e.g. competition, economic situation, customers, SWISS situation in market etc.) Development, execution and implementation of marketing communication campaigns and measures based on the existing global brand communication platform. Alignment of all available communication channels, messages and timings according to the strategy Agency management: Steering of media and advertising agencies (Online/Offline). Briefing of media and advertising agencies, development of media strategy and planning, provision of production plans, development and production of integrated campaigns and communication measures Preparation of comprehensive campaign management summaries and post control of campaigns: Measurement of KPIs (sales, CPOs, awareness etc.) ● ● ● and respective conclusions for future campaigns Media and communication reviews per market (e.g. development of competitor media volumes, SOV, creative campaigns etc.) and respective conclusions for future campaigns Leading of? 2-5 communication experts Budget responsibility and control Requirements ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● College level or similar: Degree in Business/Economics, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Tourism Marketing or similar Proficiency in English and German, written and spoken on business level 3 to 6 years of proven work experience in Marketing Proven leadership skills and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of integrated, target group specific communication Deep understanding of media and advertising business, work experience in media or advertising agency desired Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills Airline industry knowledge advantageous Work experience abroad and intercultural comprehension an asset Assertiveness, resilience, high degree of flexibility and good negotiation skills Open spirit, at ease with an international and multi-cultural environment Willingness to travel (intercontinental and EU) Employment level: 100% Department: Global Marketing Work place: Zurich Kloten Starting date: Upon agreement, asap Application deadline: April 14th, 2016 We are looking forward to receiving your application.
