Advertising: Redefined Engine Yard’s digital advertising strategy and overhauled advertising programs.
Implemented new tracking and measurement methodology to improve integrity of data and facilitate
more granular campaign analysis. New accounts via advertising increased 83% MoM following the
rollout of new campaigns in 4/2014, and increased 290% YoY between 9/2013 and 9/2014.
Customer Marketing: Launched Engine Yard’s customer advocacy program to drive customer referrals,
build references, and generate content such as reviews, testimonials, and case studies. Wrote internal
playbook and grew advocacy program to nearly 300 customers after one year. New accounts from
referral sources increased 30% quarter-over-quarter after the launch of program in 6/2013.
Search Engine Optimization: Oversaw implementation of technical and on-page SEO best practices
during website redesign and migration in January 2014. Implemented SEO platform. Organic search
traffic increased 25% MoM after site re-launch in 2/2014 and doubled between 4/2014 and 9/2014.
Events: Member of core team, Distill 2014. Led strategy and execution of all promotional activities to
drive attendee registration. Distill 2014 ticket sales increased 21% from 2013.
Lifecycle Marketing: Supported project to overhaul prospect, trial, and customer nurture programs to
improve trial-to-paid conversions, and to upsell professional services and product add-ons.
