JOB DESCRIPTION セールスプロモーションスペシャリスト【業務内容】業務内容】全国レベルおよび特約店レベルのマーケティング活動（イベント、キャンペーン、プロモーションなど）の企画およびサポート製品やキャンペーンに応じた資料やツール（カタログ、フライヤー、ポスター、E ニュースレター）の作成。デザイナーや印刷業者とのコーディネート。マーケティングツール（プライスカード、プライスリスト等）の定期的なアップデート本社が作成するマーケティングツールの校正 PR レポートおよびイベントレポートの作成（国内向けおよび本社向け） CRM 活動の企画・実行・効果測定（定期的な E メール配信含む） KPI の分析管理ブランド認知度の向上や新規顧客の開拓を目的とした、他ブランドとのコラボレーションのコーディネート業務特約店および社員を対象として CRM システム、ホームページ制作の研修および支援マーケティングマネージャーのサポート業務全般 Ecommerce サイトの制作支援【求めるスキル】めるスキル】・Word, Excel, PowerPoint ・英語（マーケティングツールの校正ができるレベル）・マーケティングの経験のある方 JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Promotion Specialist The role of the Sales Promotion Specialist is to support stores to carry out various marketing activities and to develop marketing campaigns and events to promote Bang & Olufsen products and to raise brand awareness, working with both internal and external partners. Tasks involve: • Organizing marketing activities such as events and campaigns both on a national level and store level • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters. • Updating and maintaining marketing materials on a regular basis • Liaising with designers and printers; • Proofreading marketing materials provided by HQ • Creating PR reports and reports on executed activities both in English and Japanese • Plan, execute and evaluate CRM activities (including eNewsletters) • Evaluation of KPIs • Communicating and working together with brand partners to raise brand awareness and to bring new leads to the stores • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies; • Training and supporting stores and staff on using the CRM system and creating website for the store • Supporting the Retail department to create website content for eCommerce sites • Managing budgets; • Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues. Requirements of the role • Word, Excel, PowerPoint • English (able to proofread marketing materials) • Previous experience in a similar marketing role • Excellent attention to detail • Well organized and self motivated
