Overview of Role
This role is responsible for the delivery of effective product communications and marketing campaigns to
support EBS in delivering on its business objectives. They will assist in executing tactical elements of the EBS
Direct Marketing plan, such as; brochures, videos, working with agencies, event planning, etc.
Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities:








Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns and communication to support business
objectives across the full range of relevant media and channels
Deliver against agreed go-to-market plans in line with the product roadmap, with the aim of driving
adoption and sales
Execute on marketing plans and activities across the marketing framework including internal
communications, sales engagement, customer communications, digital, PR, advertising, events &
conferences
In alignment with strategic objectives and marketing plans, assist in the development, launch and
management of integrated customer communication and product marketing campaigns – establish,
track, manage and report on appropriate evaluation criteria (internal and external)
Work with external marketing agencies and suppliers to brief and ensure the timely delivery of
campaigns and materials
Influence stakeholders across the business to recognise expertise in Marketing in order to provide
strategic marketing communications guidance on business decisions
Working closely with the Product group to assist with organizing and conducting trainings for
sales/GSD/CS staff
Create appropriate external materials (What’s New/Product Updates/FAQ’s/Customer Letters etc.) for
new and existing users on EBS products
Professional Experience / Qualifications:











Ability to balance a creative marketing practice with a business mindset
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present concise data to executive
management
Experience in developing strong communications in a fast paced environment
Ability to effectively influence and build credibility and trust, quickly
Good team player, able to build strong working relationships across all areas of the business
Must be hands on, action orientated and energetic
Must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes highly pressured environment
Must be able to juggle numerous and diverse projects
Demonstrate openness to new ideas and creative/innovative solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills
Technologically savvy and a high aptitude for learning electronic applications
Qualifications & Experience




3 to 5 years of marketing in B2B financial services with a good understanding of the professional FX
market place an advantage
B.S. or B.A. or higher in English, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent
professional experience
Professional Marketing credentials, preferred
Knowledge of web services and light web developing, i.e. HTML
