平成 28 年 4 月 6 日日刊建設工業新聞広告欄掲載入札公告キルギス共和国運輸通信省は、日本の無償資金協力による「マナス国際空港機材整備計画」の機材調達入札を公示します。本計画はマナス国際空港に対し航空保安機材と空港消防車両及び地上支援機材等の調達及び据付工事を実施するもので、詳細は以下の通りです。ＴＥＮＤＥＲＮＯＴＩＣＥ The Ministry of Transport and Communications on behalf of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic announces the tender for the Project for Improvement of Equipment of the Manas International Airport under the Grant Aid extended by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) based on the Grant Agreement signed on the 26th day of October, 2015. The project consists of the procurement of Air Navigation Safety Equipment, Fire Fighting Vehicle, Airport Safety for Winter Operation and Ground Support Equipment, and the provision of services necessary for installation of the equipment for Manas International Airport, the Kyrgyz Republic. The tender for the Project is divided into two (2) packages as below; - Air Navigation Safety Equipment Work - Firefighting Vehicle, Airport Safety for Winter Operation and Ground Support Equipment Work The applicants shall be required to be trading firm or manufacturer, duly organized and registered under the laws of Japan, which is controlled by Japanese physical persons. Any firms, who fall under any of the items of Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (Gaikokukawase-oyobi-Gaikokuboeki-Ho, Law No.228 of 1949, Japan), shall not be regarded as being controlled by Japanese physical persons.
