過去1年間に日本を2回以上訪れているなど一定の条件を満たす外国人ビジネスパーソンが,出入国審査
のための自動化ゲート
(※)
を利用できるようになりました。
The Trusted Traveler Program enables foreign businesspersons, who fulfill certain conditions
such as having visited Japan at least twice in the last twelve months, to use the automated
gates for their landing and departure examinations.
※自動化ゲートは成田空港
(ターミナル1及び2)

羽田空港,
中部空港及び関西空港に設置されています。
Automated gates are available at Narita Airport (Terminals 1 & 2), Haneda Airport, Chubu Airport, and Kansai Airport.

Eligibility for the Trusted Traveler Program: foreign
nationals who fulfill the following two requirements.

Foreign nationals who hold a passport issued by one of the following countries,
regions or special administrative regions (hereafter‘designated states’)
Asia
: Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand,
Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
North America
: Canada and United States.
Latin America and : Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic,
the Caribbean
El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Surinam, and Uruguay.
Oceania
: Australia and New Zealand.
Middle East
: Israel and Turkey.
Africa
: Lesotho, Mauritius and Tunisia.
Europe
: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia,
France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia,
Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands,
Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia,
Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom
(Some passports are exempt.)

Foreign nationals who fulfill all of the following requirements
(1) Those who have a record of visiting Japan at least two times within a one-year period
prior to the day when they came to the Immigration Bureau’s counter to be registered
as a‘Trusted Traveler’.
(2) Those who come under one of the following:
a. Foregin nationals who have belonged to one of the following organizations or
companies as an officer or a full-time employee for a year or longer, and are
expected to retain the same status after submitting the application.
(a) A public organization of Japan
(b) A public organization of a designated state
(c) An international organization
(d) A listed company of Japan (including its affiliate)
(e) A listed company of a designated state
( f ) A company of Japan or designated country with a capital amount of at least
500 million Japanese yen
b. Those who have a business relationship with a public organization or a listed
company (including its affiliate) of Japan and to whom the relevant public
organization or company has made a request that they should apply for registration
as a“Trusted Traveler”for the reason that they need to visit Japan repeatedly for
the business.
(3) Those who do not have a record of departure from Japan through a deportation order
or a departure order, etc.
