平成 28 年 8 月 31 日日刊建設工業新聞広告欄掲載入札公告コートジボワールラジオ・テレビ局は、日本の無償資金協力による「コートジボワールラジオ・テレビ局番組ソフト及び番組制作機材整備計画」の番組ソフトを除く機材調達部分の入札を公示します。本件は、同局に整備される番組制作機材の調達を実施するもので、詳細は以下の通りです。 TENDER NOTICE The Radiodiffusion Télévision Ivoirienne (RTI) on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire announces the tender for le Projet pour l’Amélioration des Programmes Télévisés et de l’Equipement pour la Production des Programmes de la Radiodiffusion Télévision Ivoirienne under the Grant Aid extended by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) based on the Grant Agreement signed on the 31st day of December, 2015. The project consists of the procurement of TV Program Production Equipment comprising Outdoor Shooting (ENG) System and Non-Linear Editing System. The applicants shall be required to be a trading firm or a manufacturer, duly organized and registered under the laws of Japan, which is controlled by Japanese physical persons. Any firms, who fall under any of the items of Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (Gaikokukawase-oyobi-Gaikokuboeki-Ho, Law No.228 of 1949, Japan), shall not be regarded as being controlled by Japanese physical persons.
