For 2nd grade of Master’s students】【修士 2 年生対象修士論文概要書の提出について Submission of Summary of Master’s Thesis 修士課程修了予定の学生は、「修士論文概要書」を必ず提出してください。 If you are planning to finish your study of Master’s course, you have to submit Summary of Master’s Thesis by following the below instructions. 記/Note １．用紙 Form：理工学術院ホームページ「在学生の方」からダウンロード Please download from the website below: http://www.sci.waseda.ac.jp/students/masterthesis/ ※両面コピーをして A4×1 枚で提出すること。図面を入れる場合は、貼付すること。 Print both sides and make into one sheet. The size should be A4. If you insert graphics in your summary, please place in the document. ２．締切 Deadline： 3 月修了者…2 月末日 Finish of Master’s courses in March → End of February 9 月修了者…8 月末日 Finish of Master’s courses in September → End of August ※専攻から指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。 Follow the department if they have any particular direction. ３．原本提出先 Original should be submitted to：専攻の連絡事務室 Your department office ※原本を必ず提出すること（印鑑の印影がコピーされているものは受理しない）。 Make sure that original seal only is accepted. ※コピー１部を指導教員に提出すること。 Submit a copy of the summary to your supervisor. ※専攻から指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。 Follow the department if they have any particular direction. ※原本は学内保管とし、学外ヘは公開しません。 The original shall be kept in the university and shall not be disclosed outside the university. ４． Word（もしくは PDF）ファイル提出先 Word or PDF file should be submitted as follows： MyWaseda 内の「申請フォーム・アンケート」の「申請フォーム入力」から、修士論文概要書の Word （もしくは PDF）ファイルを提出すること。 Log into MyWaseda and click “Application Forms and Questionnaires” → “Fill Out Application Forms” 修士論文概要書提出/Submission of Summary of Master’s Thesis （クリックすると申請フォームが開きます） (Click “Submission of Summary of Master’s thesis” and application form will appear.
