節分スペシャル弁当 Setsubun Special Bento 2月2日・3日 ランチ11:45 am ~ 2:30 pm Lunch 11:45 am - 2:30 pm on February 2 & 3 Setsubun literally means "division of seasons." It is the day before the first day of spring in Japan, which occurs around February 3rd. On this day, in a custom called mame-maki, people throw and scatter roasted soy beans inside and outside their houses while saying, "Get goblins out of the house! Invite happiness into the home!" In the Kansai area of Japan, people eat grand sushi rolls all in one on the night of Setsubun. We hope you enjoy our special lunch! 先付 かぶ豆腐 いくら 山葵あん 青菜と焼椎茸のお浸し Appetizer Turnip Tofu Topped with Salmon Roe and Wasabi-An Grilled Shiitake with Greens in Dashi Broth 弁当 タラバ蟹・くらげサラダ 胡麻ドレッシング 刺身3種盛り 海老と野菜の天ぷら うなぎの太巻寿司 吸物 野菜の味噌汁 Bento Box King Crab and Jelly Fish Salad with Sesami Dressing Assorted Sashimi of the Day Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura Eel Grand Roll Soup Vegetable Miso Soup デザート クリームあんみつ白玉入り Dessert Cream An-Mitsu with Mochi $45 per person * 仕入れによりメニュー内容が変わる場合もございます。 Menu reflects market availability of fresh ingredients. 料理長 佐藤 幸弘 Executive Chef Yukihiro Sato Hakubai Japanese Resaturant at The Kitano Hotel New York 66 Park Avenue at 38th Street, New York, NY 10016 Phone: 212-885-7111 www.kitano.com
