(5) Employing more young people from other friendly countries. 少し補足説明をします。 1 の高年齢者の雇用延長については、少しずつ効果を上げています。しかしながら、高齢化がさらに進むと要介護人口が増えます。そのようなことになれば、介護施設の増設と介護ヘルパーの育成と確保が大きな課題となってきます。すでに、東京を中心とした大都市圏では介護労働者（caregiver）の確保が困難となっています。 Let me add some supplementary explanation.
