NEEDS OF THE CANADIAN CHURCH
The collection for the Needs of the Canadian Church will be taken
up on September 27th and 28th. The money raised will be used as a
contribution to the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops.

ADULT CONVERTS AND ADULT CONFIRMATION
If you are interested in becoming a member of our Roman Catholic
faith, or if you are an adult and wish to receive the Sacrament of
Confirmation, please call the parish office (905)889-9021. The
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) and Confirmation
classes will be held every Wed. evening from 7:30pm to 9:00pm
beginning on Wed., October 1st, until Easter, in the rectory hall.
NEW CATECHISTS -Our Holy Father Pope Francis reminds us to
"Go Out" and announce the Joy of the Gospel. Our Parish is looking
for new Catechists to proclaim this joy filled Gospel. Interested?
Contact the Parish Office. Note that there are 2 mandatory formation
days for new catechists: Wednesday, September 17th, and Tuesday,
September 23rd, from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
PIANO - Have a child (8-12) who is interested in learning piano?

COAR – che aiuta il Villaggio per bambini COAR in Zaragoza El
Salvador – è nella nostra Parrocchia per parlare durante tutte le
messe. La vostra generosa offerta sarà di estremo aiuto per i
bisognosi.
S. MESSA DELLA GUARIGIONE
Lunedì 15 Settembre alle 7:00pm ci sarà la santa Messa della
guarigione. Venite a pregare per tutti coloro che soffrono nel
corpo e nello spirito, per essere aiutati e fortificati nella loro
malattia.
MESSA PER GLI ANZIANI
S. Messa degli anziani Giovedì 25 Settembre alle 1:30pm, seguita
da giochi nella sala parrocchiale.
COLLETTA PER LE NECESSITÀ DELLA CHIESA

Domenica 28 Settembre durante le Messe ci sarà una colletta per
le attività caritative e le missioni in Canada.
CORSO PER CONVERTENDI
Se conoscete qualcuno che vuole diventare cattolico oppure un
adulto che vuol ricevere il Sacramento della Cresima, chiamate
l’ufficio parrocchiale. Il corso di formazione per gli adulti (RCIA)
avrà luogo ogni mercoledì dalle 7:30 alle 9:00pm, a partire dal 1
ottobre 2014 fino a Pasqua 2015.
VOLONTARI PER IL CATECHISMO
All’inizio del prossimo mese, inizierà la scuola e anche i corsi di
catechismo in preparazione ai Sacramenti della Confessione,
Comunione e Cresima. Per organizzare questi corsi, abbiamo
bisogno di volontari, che hanno già avuto esperienza di
insegnamento nelle scuole o che hanno già tenuto questi corsi in
passato. Chiamate l’ufficio parrocchiale e lasciate il vostro nome
e numero di telefono. Grazie.
