Primera Circular Firts Circular PRESENTACIÓN PRESENTATION En el XIV Encuentro de Historiadores Antárticos Latinoamericanos (EHAL), realizado en Montevideo, Uruguay, en noviembre de 2014, se acordó que el XV EHAL se efectuaría en Chile y que su organización estaría a cargo del Centro de Estudios Hemisféricos y Polares, entidad de investigación, educación y extensión antártica dependiente de la Fundación Valle Hermoso con sede en Viña del Mar. In the XIVth Meeting of Latin American Antarctic Historians (EHAL) that took place in Montevideo, Uruguay, in November 2014, agreed that the XVth EHAL would take place in Chile and that its organization would be the responsibility of the Centre for Hemispheric and Polar Studies, an entity of Antarctic investigation, education and extension that depends on the Valle Hermosa Foundation located in Viña del Mar. CONVOCATORIA OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT El XV Encuentro de Historiadores Antárticos Latinoamericanos se realizará entre el jueves 24 y viernes 25 de septiembre de 2015 en dependencias de la Academia Diplomática de Chile “Andrés Bello”, ubicada en calle Catedral 1183, Santiago Centro. The XVth Meeting of Latin American Historians will take place between Thursday 24 and Friday 25 of September 2015 in the dependencies of the Chilean Diplomatic Academy “Andres Bello”, located at Catedral Street 1183, Santiago Centro. Se invita a investigadores y académicos a participar durante dos días de trabajo con presentación de ponencias, libros, análisis de políticas editoriales y otras actividades futuras. Investigators and academics are invited to participate during two days of work with the presentation of articles, books, the analysis of editorial policies and other future activities. El programa del XV EHAL comenzará a las 09.00 horas del jueves 24 de septiembre y por lo tanto a los investigadores provenientes del exterior se les ruega tener en consideración esta información.
