FOR AID, a Japanregistered NPO, has been involved in relief aid and recovery work in Minamisanriku since March 2011 and has initiated more than 40 projects to help re-generate the devastated community. OGA’s 2015 project, entitled “Place to Grow” will provide an educational space where children can learn about agriculture, encourage them to make a living locally, and eventually provide employment to the community. On 20th May 2015, 30 executive men and women from seven countries, spanning four decades in age, will ride 500kms from Tokyo to Minamisanriku, in less than four days. None of them cycle for a living, a few need to shed some weight and a rather greater number have long said good-bye to their youth! Your donation goes directly to O.G.A to help raise the Y5.5 Million to initiate the ‘’Place to Grow’’ project. the people of Tohoku should know that they are not forgotten, and that the community at large cares for their future. Knights in White Lycra ¦ www.kiwl.net オージーエー・フォー・エイド（O.G.A）は、教育と事業再生を通じて被災者の方々に支援を提供している非営利法人です。2011年3月に発足以来、東北地方で40以上のプロジェクトや支援活動を実施し、壊滅的だったコミュニティの再生に取り組んでいます。 O.G.Aの2015年のプロジェクト"Place to Grow" は、子ども達が農業について学べる場所を提供すると同時に、子ども達の地元定住を促進し、最終的には地域に雇用を生み出すことを目指しています。 2015年5月20日、 "Place to Grow" プロジェクトの活動支援として、チャリティーライドを開催します。多国籍な男女混合メンバーで構成される30人の会社員達が、東京から4日間で500kmの道のりを自転車で走行し、南三陸を目指します。参加者の誰一人として自転車に乗る事を生業とせず、中には減量を迫られているメンバーも存在し、大半の参加者は、遠い昔に青春に別れを告げた人達です。チャリティライドはプロジェクト開始に必要な資金550万円を募ることを目的としており、皆様からの寄付金はO.G.Aに直接届けられます。東北被災者の方々に、「私達は、被災地のことを忘れていません。」という思いを知って頂き、そして多くの人が彼らの未来を気に掛けていることが伝わればと思います。皆さまからの寄付金は、被災地への大きな支援となる非常に重要で意義のあるものです。ぜひ、皆様の温かいご支援をお願い申し上げます。東北復興支援にご協力をお願いします!
