Customer specific packaging systems require planning and steering of projects across several technical departments, assembly departments and profit centre. Because of complexity and engineering effort, a project can have a throughput time of up to one year. ボッシュパッケージングシステムズ社は、食品、菓子、ヘルスケア、パーソナルケア商品と医薬品の包装およびハンドリングシステムの開発、製造、販売を行う包装機械製造におけるリーディングカンパニーです。お客様毎にカスタマイズが必要な包装機械は、開発部門、製造部門やプロフィットセンターなどを横断するプロジェクトの計画、調整を必要とします。業務本来の複雑さや技術的な課題のために、プロジェクトの工期は 1 年以上におよぶこともあります。 Our Customers are demanding shorter delivery time and reliable project execution although project volumes are increasing. In 2013 we have started implementing CCPM in our organization. With a project team of Team leader and Manager we have developed a business site specific project management system according new principles and the local culture. The vertical start up of our new project management tool “Being Management 3” was a significant element for fast and safe implementation of Critical Change Project Management. Transparency in our project portfolio is allowing us to set priorities correctly and giving every management level a current insight of status quo. This new methods of project planning and steering as well as a change of working habits have brought us an extraordinary reliability and an increase of our output. Copyright ©2015 Japan TOC Association 講演者紹介｜講演概要 JTA Conference 2015 | July 16 in Tokyo, Japan プロジェクトの規模が大きくなる一方で、お客様からは、より短い納期、信頼性の高いプロジェクトの実行が要求されます。私たちは、2013 年に CCPM の導入を開始しました。チームリーダーやマネージャーを集めたプロジェクトチームを編成し、新たなルールと現地の文化に従って事業所独自のプロジェクトマネジメントシステムを構築しました。私たちの新しいプロジェクト管理ツールである「BeingManagement3」を短期間で立ち上げることは、クリティカル・チェーン・プロジェクト・マネジメントの導入を迅速かつ安全に進めるための重要な要素でした。我々のプロジェクト·ポートフォリオの透明性は、私たちが正確に優先順位を設定することを可能にし、そしてあらゆるマネジメントレベルが現状を把握することに役立っています。プロジェクトの計画と実行のためのこの新しい手法、並びに業務習慣の変化は、私たちに驚くべき信頼性とアウトプットの増加をもたらしました。 Copyright ©2015 Japan TOC Association
