Blind rivet nut / Blindnietmuttern / Écrou aveugle
A blind rivet nut before and after the establishment. The region without the thread is getting tightened during the installation and forms the counter-holder. This allows a concealed installation and the preparation of the profiles at the factory. This will reduce the time spent on the construction site.

Eine Blindnietmutter vor und nach der Versetzung. Der Bereich ohne Gewinde wird bei der Installation zusammengezogen, und bildet die Gegenhalterung.
Dies ermöglicht eine verdeckte Montage und die Vorbereitung der Profile im Werk. Somit wird die Montagezeit auf der Baustelle zusätzlich verkürzt.

Les temps de pose sont réduits et l’assemblage facilité par l’usage d’écrou aveugle. Cet écrou vient se déformer à l’intérieur du profilé et permet un
assemblage parfait entre 2 profilés. Cette fixation cachée est particulièrement appréciée lors de pré-assemblage de cadres en atelier. Le temps de pose
en est ainsi grandement réduit.

Drill a hole in the desired location of the profile,
the size is the dimension of the outer diameter
of the screw nut, plus the specified tolerance.
Check the diameter of the aperture, the blind
nut should fit snugly.
Screw the blind nut on the tool, enter and implement the tool in order to secure the nut to
the profile.
The nut is in place, the profile can be screwed to
a support or to another section.
Bohren Sie ein Loch in der Grösse des Aussendurchmessers der Mutter plus der angegebenen Toleranz.
Überprüfen Sie die Lochgrösse. Die Blindnietmutter sollte satt im Loch sitzen.
Setzen Sie die Mutter an das Mundstück des
Setzwerkzeugs. Halten Sie das Gerät senkrecht
zum Loch. Nun erfolgt die Vernietung.
Die Blindmutter ist nun praktisch materialbündig versetzt. Das Profil ist jetzt bereit für die
Montage.
Percez un trou à l‘emplacement voulu, en vous
référant au diamètre externe de l‘écrou.
Vérifiez le diamètre du percement, l´écrou
aveugle doit être bien ajusté.
Vissez l’écrou aveugle sur l’outil, introduisez le
et mettez en œuvre l’outil afin de solidariser
l’écrou au profilé.
L’écrou est en place, le profilé peut être vissé à
un support ou à un autre profilé.

Equivalent to the previous installation, it is possible replacing an assembly screwed by a riveted joint.
In this case the assembly is not removable.

Thanks to the aluminium core, the profiles have
sufficient allowance so they may also be directly screwed.
Durch denselben Vorgang können auch Hohlnieten installiert werden. Der Dorn dieser Nieten bricht
bei korrekter Montage bündig ab. Sie haben den Vorteil, dass Unterkonstruktion und Profile direkt
und dauerhauft miteinander verbunden werden.
Ein Beispielbild von montierten Vertikalprofilen.
Die Profile können dank der Verbreiterung des
Aluminiumkerns auch direkt mit Aluschrauben
befestigt werden.
Un montage équivalent au précédent est possible en remplaçant un assemblage vissé par un assemblage riveté. L’assemblage est dans ce cas non démontable.

Les profilés disposant de l‘épaisseur suffisante
de l’âme en aluminium peuvent également être
directement vissés.
