God gave to King Solomon the scripture phrase
listed above. Certainly this verse is to the nation
of Israel but I believe it is relative for us
today too.
Someone said, when we depend on
organizations, we get what organizations can
do; when we depend on education, we get what
education can do; when we depend on man, we
get what man can do; but when we depend on
prayer; we get what God can do!
Our theme for 2015 is to be a praying people.
We need to be dependent on God to see what He
will do in our fellowship, our community, and
for Whiteville!
