When Desperation Meets God - Part 1
The Apostle Paul said in I Cor. 14:1 “...eagerly desire spiritual gifts.” Paul goes on to say in verse 3, that these
spiritual gifts are given for the “...strengthening, encouragement and comfort” of the church, and that everyone in
the church body can participate. During our services, if you have a word or vision from the Lord that you believe
is for the church, please come to the front row, and approach one of the pastors.

The Alpha Course will run on Sunday evenings from January 11th to April 12th We will
kick off the course on January 11th with a meal at 6:00 pm, the following weeks will
start at 7:00 pm and will include dessert and coffee with the final week on April 12th
being a celebration meal at 6:00 pm.
WHAT IS ALPHA?
WHO IS ALPHA FOR?
Alpha is for everyone, especially
:
 Those wanting to investigate
Christianity.
 Those who are new to the
Christian faith.
 Those wanting to grow in
understanding and faith.
 Those who have given up on
church.
WHAT IS THE COST?
There is no cost to attend.
The Alpha course is a practical introduction
to the Christian faith that gives guests an
opportunity to explore the meaning of life.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each Alpha session includes food,
followed by a short talk focusing on
an aspect of the Christian faith. After
that , there is time for discussion in a
friendly small group.
