No.19/1/DC(DEO)ITBUELEC/SSRJ2014:- With reference to Election Commission of India's letter No. 23/2014-ERS
dated 21 st July, 2014 and Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur's letter No. 2/ELECIISSR-2015 dated 25 th July, 2014, it is
hereby notified for information of all concerned, more particularly the representatives of all recognized National and State
Political Parties functioning in Thoubal District that ECI has scheduled the programmed for pre revision activities in
connection with the Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls w.r.t. 01-01-2015 as the qualifying date.
2.
In this connection, an urgent meeting with the authorized representatives of all recognized Political Parties
more particularly the representatives of all recognized National and State Political Parties functioning in Thoubal District
will be held on 14th August, 2014 at 1.30 p.m. in the Conference Hall of DC/Thoubal to discuss the programme for
pre-revision activities.
3.
All concerned Political Parties are therefore requested to depute their authorized representative to be present at
the meeting in time without fail.
