TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on items rates are hereby invited for the works mentioned below, from
the contractors/ firms enlisted with Public Health Engineering Department for the year 2014-15.

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon written request
accompanied with authority letter on pad form of the respective tenderers and production of Identity
Card of the person requesting for documents on payment of prescribed tender fee & holding PEC
License for calander year 2015.
Tenders will be issued up to 31

2015 within office hours. The date of submission of
bids to the undersigned on 02--02-2015
2015 upto 1:30 and open the same at 2:00 PM.
Tenders will be issued by the Head Clerk of this office on presentation of deposit at call of the
tender cost as per clause of PPRA Rules.
Any of the total bids can be rejected as per instruction of Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014 on the basis of
evaluation criteria.
1. Undersigned may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid.
2. Undersigned shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all
bids but shall not be required to justify these grounds.
3. Tenders will be issued to registered contractor/Authorised representative only, bearing
PEC License for Callander Year 2015.
4. No conditional and telegraphic tenders will be accepted. The bidder are required to furnish
performance Guarantee amounting to 10% of the bid price as per PP
PPRA
