TENDER NOTICE
CONSTRUCTION OF BOM OFFICE EXTENSION-3 AT
SUNDAR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate a semi Government
Organization (BOMSIE) was established to facilitate industrial growth.
 Bids are invited in a sealed envelope from well reputed PEC registered Contractors/Contracting
firm for the above mentioned works. Well known and financially established Contractors having
good experience of similar works are eligible to apply.
 The amount of Bid Security for the above tender is 2% of the total bid amount payable
in the form as specified in the Bidding Documents in favour of the Board of Management Sundar
Industrial Estate (BOMSIE) from any Schedule bank.
 Bidding/RFQ documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during the office
hours on working days not later than 26-01-2015 on payment of Rs. 500/- (Pak.
Rupees three hundred only) in shape of Cash deposit, Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of
BOMSIE (non-refundable) with written request/application on company letter head.
 Bids
should
be
reached
in
the
office
of
the
undersigned
before
02-02-2015 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence
of bidders or their authorized representatives who will like to present in the office of the
undersigned.
 Tender of a bidder shall be cancelled if the bidder is found blacklisted by any
organization at any stage during tendering process or execution of the Contract.
 Incomplete, defective and bids without bid security shall be liable to rejection and
the bids received after due time & date shall also be rejected.
 Any incorrect or misleading information provided by the firms or companies shall
lead to their disqualification of above mentioned projects.
