will be here before you know it!
The committee is asking for help with the following:
Items Needed:






















(20) bags of apples (bags with dozen apples) or 2 crates of apples
(for Saturday, October 25th)
(12) bales of hay (for Saturday, October 25th)
(1 each) Balloon packs (1 black, 1 orange, 1 purple) FILLED
(6) mini pumpkins (for Saturday, October 25th)
(1) 760 count bags of tootsie roll midges FILLED
(20) packs fun erasers (i.e. from Dollar Tree)
(2) bags smarties FILLED
(1) large bag plain M&Ms FILLED
(1) bag candy corn FILLED
(20) Assorted dozen packs of fun pencils (i.e. Halloween, sports from Dollar
Tree)
(1) pool noodle
(1) roll white yarn
(6) glow necklaces
(2) 100 count boxes of plastic straws FILLED
(10) bags of hot dog buns
(8) packages wieners
(2) XL containers of chili
(4) 12 packs of Coke
(4) 12 packs of Dr. Pepper
(4) 12 packs of Sprite

ANY MONETARY DONATIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. These
funds are used to purchase items that are not supplied and to replace any
damaged decorations.
Volunteer needs:




Saturday set-up from 9am-1pm – 10 8 volunteers
Sunday set-up from 9am-1pm - 15 14 volunteers
Sunday event volunteers 3:30pm-7pm - 25 volunteers
Sunday clean up volunteers 6pm-9pm - 10 volunteers
