Fallen Hawg Ceremony *
Wednesday, 9 Jul at 1600 at the A-10 in Heritage Park.
*Ice Breaker following ceremony at the Officer’s Club. Cash Bar.
Competition, Thursday 10 Jul 0440-1530
Landing fee $75/person is due at step. Events and timeline are IAW ROE and
distributed schedule.
Range Operations
Expect Press and DVs on Range to watch your events.
Post Competition BBQ,
Each of the three A-10 units will host competitors after the competition. Social ROE to
follow. BBQ from the Hawg Pit will be provided at the 357 FS. Non-competitors
pay $20.
Crud Tournament
The Crud tournament has been moved to Friday night following the awards Ceremony
at the Officers Club.
Golf Tournament, Friday 11 July 0830-1300
Each HawgSmoke Team is expected to provide at least one team to compete.
Additional teams are permitted at $20/person. Composition of the Team is at the
discretion of the Competition FL. Additional questions can be directed to “Frog”
Hobson.
Awards Ceremony, Friday 11 Jul 1730-2000
Each HawgSmoke Team is already covered for the Awards Ceremony. Dinner includes
Prime Rib. Non Competitors pay $20/ meal. Additional Head Count/Payment
required NLT 0800L, Thursday 10 July. Guests, Spouses permitted.
*Immediately Following the Awards Ceremony will be the crud tournament.
Departures, Saturday 12 Jul 0800-1200
Please ensure you coordinate with MX for departure times within the departure
window.
