【留意事項】
・当日は，必ず決められた時刻までに集合してください。
受付終了時刻を過ぎますと，式典に参列できない場合がありますのでご注
意願います。
・学位記は、式典において学長から１人ずつ手渡しで授与されます。
・事前に，各研究科において授与式への出欠の確認を行います。
・ご家族の方等も授与式へご参列いただけます。
なお，大学構内には駐車スペースがございませんので、電車・バス等を
ご利用ください。
・授与式を欠席の場合は、９月２５日１５時以降に医学部学務課医科学専攻教務
学生係（管理棟３階）でお渡しします。なお、１ヶ月経過しましたら、各分野研究
室にお預けします。研究室での保存を希望しない場合は、速やかに学務課医科
学専攻教務学生係（078-382-5193）までお申し出ください。学位記は郵送できま
せん。
September 2015 Commencement Ceremony (Doctoral Students)
The commencement ceremony for doctoral students will be held as follows.
Date: Friday September 25, 2015
Time: The ceremony starts at 10:00 am.
Doors open at 9:00 am.
Students must check in by 9:30 am and be seated by 9:40 am.
Venue: IDEMITSU SAZO Memorial Rokkodai Auditorium
(Rokkodai Campus)

＊Please note that you may not be able to attend the ceremony if you arrive
late.
＊A diploma is given to each student by the president.
＊ Graduate Student Affairs Section will ask you through your division
whether or not you will attend the ceremony.
＊Your family members and friends can attend the ceremony. Please use
public transportation to attend the ceremony because the site has no
parking space.
＊ If you don’t attend the ceremony, you can pick up your diploma at
Graduate Student Affairs Section after 3:00 pm, September 25, 2015.
We will forward your diploma to your division if you don’t pick it up within
one month of the ceremony. Please note that diplomas cannot be sent to
your address by post.
