LAX MAX Lacrosse would like to extend to you and your team an invitation to participate in our 21
annual event, LAX MAX 2015 presented Pikesville Sports and hosted by Sandlot Lacrosse in association
with the Carroll County and City of Westminster Recreation Departments.
Lax Max has hosted over 4,900 teams from throughout the United States and Canada over the past 20
years. The registration fee for this year’s tournament is $400 per team for regulation size teams
competing 10V10 (Boys) & 12V12 (Girls), and $325 for boys and girls 7/8 year old teams competing 8v8.
There is an organizational discount or $25. per team when registering a minimum of five or more teams at
one time on one check. Roster maximums apply. Please note: your registration fee does not include
referee fees; teams are only responsible for those games they pay. Coaches are required to pay the
referees on the field prior to the start of each game.
Lax Max offers participation for Recreation Travel Level, Town Teams, Club and Tournament All Star
Teams. Teams are responsible to place themselves in the area of competition that they have currently
participated during the current spring season.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three (3) round robin bracket games with additional play-off and
championship games taking place where necessary. All players receive a commemorative LAX MAX
2015 t-shirt, and the first and second place teams in each division receive team and individual awards.
All games will be scheduled in and around Westminster, MD at venues within 5-10 minutes of each other.
Teams needing hotel accommodations are required (Stay to Play) to make arrangements through WST
Sports for their lodging need. WST Sport’s contact information is located on the main page of the

To guarantee your space, please send in the team registration form prior to May 22 2015; your
completed roster waiver release form is due 14 days prior to the start of the tournament.
