This service helps companies assist their employees in alleviating workplace issues that may be due to mental health, substance abuse, personal and workplace issues. Working with Harris, Rothenberg International (HRI), a leading provider of EAP services, companies are assured easy access to solutions for any employee or household member experiencing personal or work-related issues that may impact quality of life. Successful use of EAP services can lead to higher employee satisfaction, which may result in increased productivity and retention. Open-enrollment meetings and health fairs can be arranged to increase program visibility or address specific employee topics.
