HERB AG2581 Nm 1/14.3 此紗手感乾爽，有粗細外觀的褶皺感。每批原麻顏色會有差異造成成品顏色差異，屬正常且必需接受。成份：80%Acrylic, 20%Linen 針織作業：一條織12針 (請遵循指示使用正確針數的機台織造。花式紗線有自然的曲折變化非一般平紗，在跨機台織造中不會具有相同針織條件) 細則： 1. 絡筒作業前先將紗線整理順暢，機台速度不宜過快，張力中等，過蠟方便針織。筒重控制在3LBS 2. 建議使用弱水30℃洗滌確保尺寸穩定性並添加中性洗劑或使用合適洗劑乾洗，適溫整燙不超過120℃，大蒸氣整燙手感更佳 3. 必須接受2-3%針織損耗，斷紗需拉掉10CM避免斷紗張力過大所造成的紗體變形影響織片再擇細打十字結避免結頭過大造成的織片損耗。 4. 本布片為橫機織作。鑑於近年花形變化繁複多使用自動機(電機)製造，請於樣本製作確認張力、組織、速度與大貨環境相同。如於樣本生產遇織造上的問題請與本公司業務單位聯繫，避免未經確認而造成日後大貨生產不必要的糾紛 5. 存放時不可日光直射，開包後放陰涼通風處訂單規範：色卡顏色無辦毛樣紗最少數量限制，非色卡指定色辦毛每色最少10LBS。大貨訂單最小量每色1000LBS，低於此數量有額外附加費用請於本公司業務單位聯繫ドライタッチでスラッブ系の糸で皺感があります。キナリリネンはロットごとに色が異なりますので，その原因の製品色差は正常現象です。混率：80%アクリル、20%麻適当ゲージ：12Ｇ１Ｐ (この糸は特別な変化があるため, 案内に従って適当ゲージで生産してください。) 注意事項： 1.リワインドする前に糸を整理して，スピード及びテンションを調整しながら，ワックス付けて編んでください。チーズ重量を３ポンド以内で抑えてください。 2.形態安定為に, 30℃の弱水常温で洗濯を行い, 適量な柔軟剤を入れ, それとも適当な洗剤を入れてドライ・クリーニングし, 120℃以内の適当な温度でアイロンをかけてください。スチームでセットすれば更に風合いが出る。 3.編みロス2-3％, 糸切れた場合は10ｃｍほどの糸をお捨てください（糸切れた所の変形などで編みじに影響する可能性あります）。 4. このスワッチは手横で作れた物である。現在柄の変化を求められ自動機生産が多いため, 現物生産でトラブルのないよう, サンプリングの段階から当糸のテンションが自動機生産に向いているか否かに心掛けて下さい。 5. 直射日光を避け，開封後風通しの良い冷暗所に保存して下さい。ミニマム：サンプル糸の場合, ブック色はミニマムなしで, ブック以外の色はミニマム10LBS。本番ミニマム1000LBS。ミニマムを達していない場合, UP CHARGEがあり, 詳しい金額は弊社の担当者にご確認ください。 Dry and light with thick and thin effect.
