Registered Membership and Membership rates Delegates must be a current NBE member or Registered Member to qualify for membership rates. Insurance and Liability National Back Exchange cannot be made liable for accidents to delegates or for damage to, or loss of, personal property however caused. Delegates are individually responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property and are advised to make their own insurance arrangements.
