CONFIRMATION
Delegates please note: Confirmation will be sent to you within 15
working days of receipt of payment. You may need to follow up
your conference payment with your own organisation. Please
supply information omitted from your Registration Form as soon
as possible. If not supplied three weeks before Conference, then
your choice will be made by the NBE Administration Office.

Complete Conference Registration Form.
ASK YOUR FINANCE/PROCUREMENT department to send your
completed Conference Registration Form with a purchase order
which clearly states the name of the organisation and address
Data Protection
Name and county only will appear in the Conference Programme.
Data is gathered in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998.
Registered Membership and Membership rates
Delegates must be a current NBE member or Registered Member
to qualify for membership rates.
Insurance and Liability
National Back Exchange cannot be made liable for accidents to
delegates or for damage to, or loss of, personal property however
caused. Delegates are individually responsible for any loss or
damage to hotel property and are advised to make their own
insurance arrangements.
Cancellations
No refund for cancellation of a delegate place will be given.
Substitutions may be submitted. Please inform the
Administration Office immediately in writing of any
substitution.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for delegates is 5 September 2014 – any
bookings received after this date will incur a £50 late
booking fee. Letters of confirmation will be sent with the
delegate final letter.
