Proposal for the Springboro girls volleyball program
This proposal is for the Springboro girls volleyball program to train at G.A.C. Fitness under training
instructors Chris Stuckey (owner) and Alex Raberding. This would be a two month training program for
two times a week. (Depending on number of athletes)
This would be the 2nd year for G.A.C. Fitness to get involved and help train these young athletes during
the summer for their upcoming volleyball season. Last year was a success as we saw every girl improve
in many aspects in the training. One of which, every girl increased their vertical jump by at least 1-2
inches. In that time frame, that is a great accomplishment and something we were very proud of!

All training sessions will be for general strength, conditioning, with speed and agility designed
specifically to meet the needs of a volleyball player.

All athletes may undergo an evaluation to determine their overall readiness for the training
program.( optional ) The results of the evaluation will be saved until the end of the program to
compare results with their ending evaluation.

All training sessions will be overseen and instructed by certified trainer Alex Raberding – NASM
Performance Enhancement Specialist. With the help of Andrew Oakes – C.P.T. Certified
Personal Trainer

All family members of the volleyball team athletes who enroll in the training sessions may
receive a 25% discount on a membership to G.A.C. Fitness.
Training Sessions:

All training sessions will be no longer than 1 hour and class size should not exceed 12 athletes.
Two training sessions a week for 2 months. Options for Times and days are listed below.
This training is targeted towards players who will be trying out in August for the Springboro
Volleyball Program (incoming 7th through – 12th grades)
All sessions will include an appropriate warm up, speed and agility drills with light strength and
conditioning all based on volleyball specific skills. Ending with core work.
Training sessions will be held at G.A.C. Fitness. The field room at the gym facility will be closed
off for only the volleyball players and trainers to be in there.
Pricing:

Standard pricing for G.A.C. Fitness Athlete training for 2x per week = $100 per month
Pricing for the Springboro girls volleyball team will be broken down in the following manner…

1-5 athletes = standard pricing
6-10 athletes = 95$
11-15 athletes = 90$
16-20 athletes = 85$
20+ athletes = 75$

Info from Coach Kevin (Varsity Coach at Springboro): please contact Alex directly at
[email protected] or by phone at 937-550-9247. To start, GAC is proposing
two classes. We will have a Monday/Wednesday option and a Tuesday/Thursday
option. If the demand is great enough, GAC can add additional sessions. The
Monday/Wednesday session will run from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM and the
Tuesday/Thursday session will run from 9 AM – 10 AM. Please coordinate all
schedule requests and get all of you questions answered with Alex at GAC. Your
agreement will be directly with GAC Fitness. This program was very well received
last summer!
