We will adhere to the schedule of events as closely as possible. No event will begin prior to the indicated starting time. Athlete/Coach Entrance: All athletes and coaches should enter Bronco Stadium through the athlete/coach entrance (see enclosed map). Facility Requirements: The all-weather track requires ¼ inch (or shorter) spikes (NO EXCEPTIONS). Spikes can be purchased at the concession stand. Restrooms/Locker Rooms: Restrooms will be available adjacent to the concession area. No locker rooms will be available, so athletes should come to the meet dressed to compete. Warm-up Area: All warm-ups should be done on the grass fields outside of Bronco Stadium. Entry Instructions: All entries will be done through www.athletic.net and then seeded based on your entry submissions. No phone, fax or email of entries to meet management will be accepted. The deadline to enter your athletes on athletic.net is Tuesday, March 24 at 8:00 pm. After this deadline heat sheets will be posted at our web site www.bvtrack.com and an estimated time schedule will be emailed to the coaches. Each school is allowed unlimited entries in the 1600 meters and 800 meters. The number of heats will be determined based on the entries as of the above entry deadline. The top thirty (30) times submitted will qualify for the elite 3200 meter heat. Athletes who qualify for the 3200 will be posted with the heat sheets after Tuesday, March 24. Clerk of the Course: All athletes should check in with the “Clerk of the Course” for their races when called to do so. The “Clerk of the Course” will assign you a “hip number” when you check in for your race. The “hip number” should be worn on the left side of your shorts. Please do not obscure your “hip number” by having your singlet outside of your shorts. Results: Results for all races will be posted following each race on the “results boards” adjacent to the concession area with live results available on the Bella Vista High School Track and Cross Country website - http://www.bvtrack.com/ shortly after each race. Compiled results will be available on our web site following the meet. Awards: The following awards will be presented: The top three (3) in each heat will receive a distinctive meet t-shirt. The winner of the fast heat of the 1600 meters, 3200 meters, and 800 meters will receive a custom Bronco Roundup Distance Carnival cowboy hat in addition to a t-shirt!
