Directions to Goo-Moremi Gorge from Gaborone
From Gaborone, take the A1 to Palapye/Francistown, drive through Palapye, after about 21km on the A1
road, you will see a turn off sign on your Right with sign boards of Bobonong, Kgagodi, Moremi and
Tamasane etc. Drive for another 26km then you will see a sign board for Moremi on your right again, turn
right. You will now be on the Matolwane, Moremi road. Drive for about 8km then on your right there will be
a sign for Moremi. Drive through for another 9.5kms when you get to the village there is a sign board that
shows you have to turn right to Moremi Gorge. Follow that road for about 400m then you will see that the
road splits to the left and right, just keep right. You will drive past the graveyard, just follow the road till you
get the turn off to your left. Follow that road straight to the reception.
Directions to Goo-Moremi Gorge from Palapye
From Palapye you drive for about 21km on the A1 road. You will see a turn off sign on your Right with sign
boards of Bobonong, Kgagodi, Moremi and Tamasane etc. Drive for another 26km then you will see a sign
board for Moremi on your right again, turn right. You will now be on the Matolwane, Moremi road. Drive for
about 8km then on your right there will be a sign for Moremi. Drive through for another 9.5kms when you
get to the village there is a sign board that shows you have to turn right to Moremi Gorge. Follow that road
for about 400m then you will see that the road splits to the left and right, just keep right. You will drive past
the graveyard, just follow the road till you get the turn off to your left. Follow that road straight to the
reception.
Directions to Goo-Moremi Gorge from Selebi-Phikwe
From Selebi-Phikwe you drive on the A15 road towards Martin’s Drift. Drive straight to Sefophe Village;
continue on for another 24kms to Mogapi Village. Drive through Mogapi Village after 26kms from Mogapi
Village turn right towards Kgagodi, Moremi, and Thamasane. You will see a sign that says Moremi 34Km.
Keep driving for 21kms until you get the Moremi turn off to your left, turn left. You will now be on the
Matolwane, Moremi road. Drive for about 8km then on your right there will be a sign for Moremi. Drive
through for another 9.5kms when you get to the village there is a sign board that shows you have to turn
right to Moremi Gorge. Follow that road for about 400m then you will see that the road splits to the left and
right, just keep right. You will drive past the graveyard, just follow the road till you get the turn off to your
left. Follow that road straight to the reception.
Directions to Goo-Moremi Gorge from Martin’s Drift
From Martin’s Drift you drive 20Km towards Palapye then turn right towards Maunatlala, Bobonong, and
Selebi-Phikwe etc. There is no sign board at the turn off. You will only see a sign board once you have
turned right on that road. Drive for about 53Km on that road until you get a turn to your left towards
Kgagodi, Moremi, Thamasane. You will see a sign that says Moremi 34Km. Keep driving for 21kms until you
get the Moremi turn off to your left, turn left. You will now be on the Matolwane, Moremi road. Drive for
about 8km then on your right there will be a sign for Moremi. Drive through for another 9.5kms when you
get to the village there is a sign board that shows you have to turn right to Moremi Gorge. Follow that road
for about 400m then you will see that the road splits to the left and right, just keep right. You will drive past
the graveyard, just follow the road till you get the turn off to your left. Follow that road straight to the
reception.
