Revised achievement
date – March 2015.
The following have an impact on Adult Support (Leader Training)
1
gaps in County/District structure – vacancies in Asst. County or Asst. District roles
2
Occasional Helpers – converting the OHs into warranted leaders. There has to be a balance between the number of warranted leaders and the number of
Occasional Helpers. Too many OHs and not enough uniformed/warranted leaders.
3
Team Meeting discussion on 29/09/14 – vital that management roles are accurate on COMPASS – particularly where leaders have a multiple roles – are primary
and secondary roles shown on COMPASS – eg. County Commissioner and N Ireland Trainer – which is primary and which is secondary?
