No Parking on Private Streets and Required Signs
The City of Fairborn requires that there is no parking on the private streets in Ashbury Hill to enable
access in case of fire or other emergencies. The streets affected are Berwyck Pl, Birchton Pl , Kensley Pl,
and Swindon Ct. The City also requires that signs be posted along the streets. We have been told by city
officials that removal or defacing of the signs is against the law and those responsible may be prosecuted
by the city.
HOA Issues
If you have an issue involving another member of the HOA such as other member’s property upkeep, use
of common areas, or parking issues please do not contact the other member directly. These issues must be
sent to the HOA Board for resolution. The issues can be sent using the HOA Website or mailed to the
Correspondence Mailing Address.
