As part of Ampcontrol’s continual review of its broad product range, two of our older Integrated Protection relays are being phased out of production and will become obsolete. This advance notice is provided to assist customers, and in particular current users of these models, with timely management of this change. 1. Key dates for the IPB relay: Last Time Buy: 30 September 2014 (final date to order a new relay) Obsolete Date: 19 December 2014 (manufacture of new relays ceases) Last Time Repair Date: 18 December 2015 (repair of used relays ceases) 2. Key dates for the IPC relay: Last Time Buy: 30 September 2015 (final date to order a new relay) Obsolete Date: 18 December 2015 (manufacture of new relays ceases) Last Time Repair Date: No anticipated date at this time (repair of used relays ceases) PRODUCT SUPPORT The IPB relay will continue to be supported for testing and repair by Ampcontrol until 18 December 2015. During this time should a replacement relay be required, the IPC relay will be supplied. All technical support will continue via our Customer Service Team and Service businesses in NSW and QLD. NOTE: Ampcontrol will continue to manufacture and support its current range of Integrated Protection relays, including the IPD relay.
