Running speed may be hampered by ground vegetation and felling remsins Long: Similar to relay but with less tracks and more intrinsic and higher sand dunes Embargoed areas Sprint : Lommel Long: Weyervlakte Relay: Sahara As of now these areas are embargoed for orienteering activities.
