APRIL JWS MEETING Bob Drost
April 22, 2014—7 to 9 pm
Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach
Bob Drost has had a long career as a cartoonist, illustrator, instructor and
author. His work has appeared on TV, in books, newspapers, and magazines.
His drawing presentations and 3-D art lessons are in simple, successful and
fun formats. He may be found volunteering at “Art with a Heart,” store
openings, parties, schools, and museums. In doing portraits, he is able to
pick out the features that make each person different and unique. Bob will
demonstrate both the traditional way versus the modern electronic way of
drawing and painting.

information you will need to enter.

LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Your JWS Board needs YOU! JWS has enjoyed the dedication and service of a hard-working
Board this year, but, as we look ahead to next year, three of our members are moving off the
Board and we need to fill their positions:
· Secretary (Thank you, Verna Urbanski, for long service in this job.)
· Vice President of Shows (Thank you, Mary Blue Ster, for your work this year.)
· Vice President of Workshops (Thank you, Tuni Weiss, for many enjoyable, educational
workshops!)
Nancy Banks is coordinating the “talent search,” to fill these spots by our April meeting.
You’re talented! Call her and volunteer for one of the opening Board positions.
Nancy’s phone number is 247-3678.
If you have questions, please email me: [email protected].
