//NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION//
Sealed Quotations are hereby invited for the following work by DY INSPECTOR GENERAL, SHQ BSF
KISHANGANJ from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD , MES, Bihar/West Bengal PWD, BSNL
railways, running BSF contractors, authorized dealers , agencies dealing in repair of submersible pump sets
and manufacturers so as to reach the office of DIG SHQ BSF Kisangani, Khagra kishanganj (Bihar)-855107
by 1600 hrs on 04/03/2014 positively. The quotations received after due date & time shall not be
entertained. Quotation shall be accepted by post or through tender box which is placed at this HQ.
Quotation papers can also be obtained from this office during working hours up to 03/03/2014, 1700 hrs
every day except on Sundays & public holiday.

The quotation shall be placed in sealed envelope with name of work invariably written over the
envelope.
3. The quotation will be opened by the board of Officer’s at this headquarters on 04 March’2014 at 1630
hrs, in presence of quotationers if thereby any.
4.
The firm shall have to execute the work within specified period from the date of placing of supply
order/work order. The quotationers should quote the rate in figure as well as in works for rate and amount
quoted by them.
5.
Any over writing /erasing /cutting of rates quoted by the contractor will be liable for rejection of the
quotation so submitted until and unless same are properly initiated and re-written by the quotationers.
6.
While quoting the rates of items, all applicable taxes to be included.
7.
Any canvassing in this regards what so ever is strictly prohibited. The tenders of the suppliers who
resort canvasing will be liable for rejection.
8.
The offer of the firms remains valid up to three calendar months from the date of quoting the rates.
10.
Acceptance of quotation will rest with DIG, SHQ BSF Kishanganj or his authorized officer, who does
not bound himself to accept the lowest quotations and reserve himself the right to reject any or all the
quotations without assigning any reason thereof .
11.
Materials should be delivered at BSF campus khagra kishanganj.
12.
