However, these OBMs/ various type of Water Crafts batteries and Misc Stores are lying at Base Wksp Hasnabad, Dist 24 Paraganas ( North ) West Bengal which may be verified w. e. f 6th Mar’ 2014 to 10th Mar’ 2014, by physical visit of the bidders at Hasnabad location. All bidder attending auction have to deposit Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) only as earnest money which will be refunded or adjusted after the auction. 5. 25% of the bid value plus sales tax as applicable is required to be deposited immediately on acceptance of highest bid. Remaining 75% of the auction value will be deposited within 7 days of the auction failing which 25% amount so deposited by successful bidder will be forfeited and OBMs, Misc items will be put for auction again after obtaining approval of the Competent authority. 6. All bidders will have to furnish income tax clearance certificate before commencement of auction. 7. Highest bidders will lift OBMs, Btys and Misc stores within 10 days from BSF Campus Hasnabad under their own arrangement and supervision. No transportation will be provided for shifting / lifting the auctioned OBMs and stores. 8. IG BSF South Bengal Frontier reserves the right to accept or reject the auction bid without assigning any reason. 9.
