MBS Lending Standard Requirements The following information will be required in order to process your application: • Lender’s application form • SBMP application fee - please refer to our website www.sbmp.co.uk and select Fee Scales • Original certified copy of personal ID - to include proof of signature • Original certified copy of address ID - dated within the last 3 months • Original certified copies of last 3 months payslips - employed applicants • Original certified copies of last 3 years accounts - self-employed applicants • Original certified copies of last 3 months bank statements showing salary credits. • Original certified copy of proof of last 24 months mortgage payments - if not showing on Equifax • Original certified copy of proof of deposit – for purchase applications • Handwritten signed adverse explanation letter This is not an exhaustive list of requirements. The underwriter will fully assess the file and provide a full list within 48 hours of receipt of the mortgage application form and application fee. Please note that we require 10 working days clearance for cheque payments prior to the case being processed, therefore payment by debit / credit card is preferable.
