GP&E has senior level staff working for numerous departments of the US Army in support of the War Fighter 2020 Beyond Mission HQ DA
CIO/G-6, United States Army Training And Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC), LandWarNet (LWN)
and the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) GP&E identifies required capabilities to protect and defend critical information assets
and maximizes efficiencies across DoD. Specifically, we support solutions and services for Army processes that include but are not limited to the
entire acquisition life-cycle process for the Army IA Programs (Public Key Infrastructure [PKI], Communications Security [COMSEC], and Key
Management Infrastructure [KMI], equipment, cross domain solutions, identity management capability) and the Capability Set Management
Process.
Our dedicated cadre of experts possess over one hundred (100) years of IA experience and in collaboration with the below mentioned
government agencies have provided the following expertise:
United States Army Communications Electronics Research Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Aberdeen Proving
Ground (APG), Maryland: Provide IA capabilities during the first three phases of the Army’s Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) process.
Support the CERDEC S CryptoMod lab mission with testing, reporting, and researching ongoing projects.
TRADOC, ARCIC, LWN, Fort Eustis, VA: Support all security assurance objectives (e.g. PKI, COMSEC, Cryptographic Modernization [CM], Key
Management Infrastructure [KM], identity management (IDAM), architecture, and host-based security). Deliver capabilities for the Cyber Security
Directorate, Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO/G-6).
TRADOC, ARCIC, LWN and Mission Command (MC) Divisions, Fort Eustis, VA: Support NIE and relationship to the Capability Set
Management Process, and increase efficacy of IA measured. Acquire working knowledge of the Common Operating Environment (COE) and its
functional computing environment subsets as transitioned from the Software Block (SWB) format. Support the Army Research
Laboratory/Survivability Lethality Analysis Directorate’s (ARL/SLAD) IA System of System Network Vulnerability Assessment (SoS NVA). Analyze
vulnerabilities identified during the SoS NVA and provide comprehensive TRADOC operational assessment of impact to mission threads.
Participate in the LM GOSC/CoC, CSMB CoC, COE TE&C SMG, NETOPS IPT, SWB Test Integrated Product Team (IPT)
US Army HQDA CIO/G-6, Information and Assurance Directorate: Administer Strategic Thinking/Planning, Budgeting, Subject Expertise
(SME) and Best in Class (Systems, Process and People). Assist in the transformation from Balkanized Capability Deliveries to End-to-End
Network Enterprise Capabilities through the Network Mission Area (NMA) in support of the COEs. Empower Soldiers to achieve tactical
dominance thru the delivery of unparallel protection and situational awareness capability in the LWN 2020 and Beyond Modernization through
Capability Set Management Program.
HQ DA CIO/G-6, and Army Data Center Consolidation Program (ADCCP), Architecture Operations Network & Space (AONS) Directorate:
Perform routine duties to update the ADCCP Tracking Tool. Monitor and provide Data Center closure reports and waiver requests to Commands.
Ensure ADCCP goals are met by reviewing, analyzing and reporting data trends to Commands.
Department of Training (DOT), and Capability Development and Integration Directorate (CDID), USARMY Cyber Center of Excellence
(CYBERCoE) , FT. Gordon, GA Serve as project lead on efforts to develop distributed training products for COMSEC and KM. Provide oversight
for the review, validation, and delivery of COMSEC IMI and COMSEC Awareness Computer Based Training (CBT). Oversee design,
development, review, validation, and delivery of future distributed learning products in support of Army COMSEC and KM to include KMI.
Coordinate, lead, and participate in In-progress Reviews (IPR’s), working groups, and related forums to ensure quality training products are
developed and delivered. Work closely with (CYBERCoE) LWN-eU personnel to ensure correct versions of distributed training products for
COMSEC and KM are posted, maintained, available, and easily assessable to the Soldier. Identify requirements for training developer services
for use by the government to develop, update, and implement COMSEC Distance Learning (DL) and CBT products. Act as resident SME for
COMSEC and KM in the Distributed Education Branch, DOT, (CYBERCoE), and Fort Gordon, GA.
