Biography
Skip Eskridge was born at Fort Riley, Kansas and grew up as the son of career U.S. Army Officer.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Washington University in
St. Louis, MO where he attended on a four year Army ROTC scholarship.
Mr. Eskridge was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Signal Corps in 1983. After
Signal Officer Basic Course and Telecommunications Officer Course he was stationed with the 7 th
Signal Bde, 63rd Signal Battalion in Massweiller, Federal Republic of Germany until 1986. Within the
63rd Signal BN, he served as Platoon Leader, Automated Platoon, and Battalion Operations Officer
provided Echelons Above Corps (EAC) communications for U.S. Army Europe Headquarters. Mr.
Eskridge left the U.S. Army Reserves as a Captain.
After leaving the U.S. Army, in 1987, Mr. Eskridge joined GTE Government Systems in
Research Triangle Park, NC as a Systems Engineer working on the Integrated Network Management
System (INMS) program. After successfully leading acceptance testing by the U.S. Army the INMS
system was deployed during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Mr. Eskridge led a team of
Engineers to support the system in Southwest Asia during these operations. He held progressively
higher positions within GTE Government Systems and subsequently General Dynamics when they
acquired Government Systems from GTE. His last position was as Software Development Manager
for the Integrated Systems Control (ISYSCON) program.
Mr. Eskridge then joined ABB at Centennial Campus, Raleigh, NC in 2001 as the Manager
Enterprise Systems leading the development team for information management systems for the Energy
Industry across multiple energy markets.
In 2005 Mr. Eskridge joined USfalcon at its Headquarters in Morrisville, NC holding positions as
Proposal Manager, Director Business Operations, Vice President Strategic Support, Senior Vice
President and finally as Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff. Mr. Eskridge was responsible for the
establishment of corporate policies, operational procedures, employee benefits, employee recognition
programs and corporate staff support. He retired from USfalcon in 2014 and joined the USfalcon Board.
